Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer with a strong background in rostering to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Facility Manager in daily operations, with a specific emphasis on rostering responsibilities. Your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of our facility.
Responsibilities and Duties

Utilise your expertise in rostering to efficiently schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with policies

Collaborate with department heads to gather staffing requirements and adjust schedules as needed

Provide a broad range of administration support to the Facility Manager, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management

Schedule and organize meetings for the Facility Manager

Coordinate facility tours for potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience
Skills, Attributes and Experience

Proven experience in administration support roles, with a focus on rostering
Familiarity with rostering software and scheduling tools
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
