With our Customer Care side of the business continuing to grow, an available position for a Client Liaison Manager within the construction and property investment area of the business at Swordfish Prime Services Head Office.

Position Description:
As the Client Liaison Manager for Swordfish Prime Services, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients. You will liaise directly with clients from the post contract phases of pre-construction, construction, pre settlement and settlement.

You will also be required to assist in the administration duties including the following-up of contracts and other legal documents, confirming appointments and directing in-bound enquiries as required.

Key Tasks:

- Manage a large client portfolio from contract signing, through to settlement
- Liaise with builders, developers, and consultants to obtain updates as it pertains to each client’s file
- Liaise with developers, builders, solicitors, finance brokers, financial planners etc, on a regular basis
- Provide clients with all relevant documentation relating to their file eg: deposit receipts, trust receipts, itinerary’s, appointment details etc
- Manage the construction process between the client and builder eg: providing the build permit, progress claims & receipts, contract variations etc
- Outbound calls to facilitate annual client reviews, this will include obtaining up to date financial information. For both current and post settled clients in the data base
- Address all client queries before and throughout construction including actioning items as required
- Assist with coordinating final inspections and handover, between client and leasing agencies
- Maintain and further develop internal processes and ensure relevant documentation and data base is always kept up to date
- Responsible for managing the phone overflow and attending to client calls

Job Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role within the construction and finance industry for a minimum of five years
- Knowledge of the property market
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- Professional attitude at all times
- Ability to listen carefully, follow direction as well as take initiative in executing tasks
- Ability to prioritize and manage your day efficiently
- Minimum of 5 years+ experience in a similar role

You will be required to work in the head office from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility.

Swordfish Prime Services is centrally located in Southport, in our state-of-the-art office, next to public transport.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic that will complement our positive and outgoing team.

Salary will be dependent on experience and is negotiable.

**Salary**: $57,079.53 - $114,599.27 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southport, QLD 4215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
