About the Role

As a key member of our client care team, you'll be the trusted voice and point of contact for our premium IQ BluePrint clients. Every day will bring variety — from connecting with clients and coordinating with internal specialists to ensuring their experience with us is seamless, insightful, and rewarding.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Nurturing and managing client relationships through regular, meaningful conversations
  • Keeping our database accurate and up to date with every client interaction
  • Collaborating with Finance, Taxation, and Financial Planning teams to deliver proactive, client-focused solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for referrals and business growth
  • Coordinating annual reviews to track and celebrate client progress
  • Managing key administrative tasks and maintaining high-quality client files

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a client relationship or account management role, ideally within banking, finance, accounting, or financial planning
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an outstanding telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and confidence in multitasking
  • A friendly, caring personality and a commitment to positive outcomes
  • (Bonus) Knowledge or interest in financial services, banking, accounting, property, or taxation
