**About the role**
Gen Physio is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative allied health provider that specialises in delivering home visit services. We are seeking an experienced client accounts officer who can manage daily invoicing and billing with a high degree of accuracy. The client accounts officer will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure best outcomes for patients and practitioners.

**Duties**
- General invoicing, accounts payable processes, archiving files and accounts tasks
- Manage client discrepancies including dispute resolution in a highly professional manner
- Match payments received to client invoices and reconcile client accounts.
- Be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients with a high degree of professionalism across all mediums

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working within the health industry
- Previous experience working in an administrative or accounts role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner

This role will be based in our Gold Coast head Office, as it is not a community-based role there are no restrictions in respect to Covid vaccinations
