We are on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our clients' events.

**Experience with Mailchimp and Zoom is essential.**

Project Management
- Liaising with clients at project kick-off, for asset and content review and project delivery
- Providing updates on key milestones and projects
- Reviewing and sense-checking content provided by different departments - publications, discussion guides, eDM copy docs and content outlines
- Building timelines
- Populating and updating Trello cards for projects based on weekly check in meetings with members of the Inside Practice team (content leads and medical writers)

**Marketing**
- Work with the team to develop marketing plans and materials to promote education programs to drive maximum audience engagement
- Setting up Zoom registration pages, configuring audiences and building, scheduling, and deploying eDMs within MailChimp
- Support the process of tracking, analysing and reporting on the performance of all programs

**Admin**
- Attending and responding to queries during webinars and pulling together webinar post-event reports
- Organising, developing, and writing session plans and components required for RACGP CPD submissions
- Creating and sending quotes and invoices to clients
