**The Opportunity**

Silk Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time experienced Team Leader to join our Eastern Creek operation.

Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader will be responsible for:

- Organising daily / weekly tasks for your direct team
- Providing support and training for direct team members
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to within the operation
- Report any hazard and near misses or unsafe behaviours
- Providing superior customer service for designated key contacts
- Ensuring compliance with Work, Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and legislative requirements

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Certificate II or III in logistics / supply chain (Desirable)
- Previous experience managing high performing teams
- Strong communication skills with an ability to talk to different stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with conflicting priorities
- A proven safety-first approach above all else
