As a **Customer Service Team Leader**, you will monitor, motivate, coach, train and engage the Customer Service Team to effectively deliver best in class customer experience. Your team will be responsible for tasks such as processing of orders, tracking deliveries, processing of claims and returns and general enquiries with diligence and accuracy. **Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the Customer Service department.
- Effectively manage workflows across all sales/service enquiries via CRM system within set SLAs, striving for first contact resolution.
- Establish proactive and professional relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues and customer complaints.
- Assess training requirements, coaching & mentoring.
- Monthly Individual & Team appraisals as a minimum.
- Recommend changes to customer service procedures, policies & standards in line with continuous improvement philosophy to enhance productivity and performance.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience leading customer service teams.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
- An ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Strong mathematical and written/verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain functions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proven interpersonal and team skills.
