**About the role**

Join us a Warehouse Team Leader at ACR Supply Partners and take the next step in your logistics career This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our distribution facility located in Eastern Creek. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse associates to reach/exceed their targets, and to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment along with daily reporting to both Management and external customers. You will be a great communicator who thrives on fostering strong relationships with customers. You'll be an approachable leader who enjoys working within the team and developing staff to reach their full potential.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage, coach, and develop your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
- Ensuring the team is aware of targets, priorities and daily operational requirements
- Conducting performance reviews and managing any issues as they arise
- Daily reporting
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and organised work environment
- Analyse data and identify areas for improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Provide input and support for the implementation of new technologies or process improvements as may be necessary

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse or distribution centre in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Customer first mindset
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and warehouse management systems
- Experience in data analysis and generating daily reports
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift license preferred however not essential.
