**PM Operations Supervisor - Linehaul | Eastern Creek / Bungarribee**

**Team Global Express (TGE)**is transforming Australia’s transport and logistics industry with a renewed focus on safety, efficiency, and people. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated **PM Operations Supervisor**to lead our **Linehaul team**at **Eastern Creek / Bungarribee**.

In this role, you’ll oversee evening transport operations, ensuring resources, staff, and interstate linehaul departures run safely, efficiently, and on time.

**What You’ll Do**
- Supervise and lead a team of operations staff and drivers during the **PM shift (1500-2300)**.
- Ensure **on-time linehaul departures**and high service standards.
- Oversee **fleet and resource allocation**, ensuring adequate coverage across shifts.
- Manage **load restraint, DG compliance, and segregation of freight**.
- Conduct **toolbox talks**, drive safety initiatives, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Manage **leave rosters, staff performance, and daily reporting**.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with **WHS, COR, and Dangerous Goods legislation**.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in **transport operations or linehaul supervision**.
- Strong **leadership skills**with the ability to manage teams of 5-20 people.
- Sound understanding of **load restraint, DG handling, and COR regulations**.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and transport management systems**.
- A commitment to **safety, accountability, and continuous improvement**.
