- **Position Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Partnering with law firms and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and advising on recruitment strategies. _
- _Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both permanent and contract legal roles._
- _Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions._
- _Drive business development through new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships._
- _Stay up to date with market trends and legal industry developments._
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- _Strong understanding of the legal market, including practice areas, client expectations, and market trends._
- _Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. _
- _Previous experience in recruitment (legal or other sectors) or related work experience in the legal sector_
- _Excellent communication and negotiation skills._
- _Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks._
- _A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _A genuine interest in legal recruitment and helping legal professionals progress in their careers._
- _Relevant degree and at least 1 year related/relevant work experience or 5 years of relevant work experience_

Pay: $76,672.33 - $165,867.74 per year
