As part of Naiman Clarke’s continuing national approach to recruitment, we are seeking to employ a Legal Recruitment Consultant to work on establishing and maintaining relationships with legal firms across the country.

**You will be involved in**:

- Identifying and developing client/business relationships;
- Advertising job vacancies on online job boards;
- Screening and interviewing applicants;
- Providing job vacancy information to employers and job seekers;
- Managing the interview process and beyond;
- Providing CV, interview and general career advice;
- must be commercially minded, confident, sales focused and team-oriented;
- A commerce, human resources, business or law graduate;
- With a proven track record in recruitment (**a minimum of 2 years’ experience** in a similar role);
- Have a professional presentation, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Solution oriented; and
- Be a bubbly personality, able to work as part of a greater team.
