What is the role?

A highly regarded National law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support 2 Partners in a leading Disputes team.

  • High-level administrative support including diary and email management and coordination;
  • Preparing, filing, and managing court documents;
  • Assisting with the creation of engaging presentations and client materials; and
  • Managing monthly billing.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary;
  • Strong skills in diary management, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and attention to detail;
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to anticipate needs;
  • Confident, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Experience in managing billing.
