**YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE**

**Program Administrator, ACSC**
- Join the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC) as Program Administrator.
- Fixed term, part time (0.5 FTE) contract to 30 June 2026
- 40 hours per fortnight, with flexibility and WFH opportunities
- Reporting to Manager, ACSC

**About the role**
- As the Program Administrator, ACSC you will provide comprehensive administrative, event and program support to the ACSC team.
- You will:

- Circulate communications and invitations on behalf of ACSC
- Coordinate booking of events, venues, catering and provide support at events
- Liaise with speakers and attendees and monitor registrations, conduct technical checks for webinars etc

**About you**
- Your expertise in administration, coordination and organisation skills will contribute to the successful delivery of the ACSC program.
- You’ll bring to this role:

- Experience in health care, Government or not-for-profit sector
- Experience in event coordination
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to work
