**About the role**

SBS Audio and Language Content are seeking a Radio Program Administrator for our Melbourne Office, based in the heart of the city at the iconic Federation Square. The successful applicant will interact closely with Radio & Digital Producers on a daily basis, and will play a pivotal role in supporting content being broadcast across Australia.

The Radio Program Administrator provides admin support to the Program Manager/s and Executive Producer/s of a large number of language groups broadcasting across a variety of media platforms. The primary duties of this role include rostering, generating contracts and processing invoices, recruitment and ad hoc admin support.

The role will be required to work from the Melbourne SBS office and has the benefit of being a hybrid role, which allows up to 2 days to be worked from home across the week.

**About you**

The successful applicant for this role will be an enthusiastic and fast learner, be comfortable in a role that is fairly regimented and requires a lot of data entry, be able to work with mínimal supervision to often tight deadlines and will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Experience in rostering and invoicing is essential and applicants who have used TANDA and Filemaker Pro would be highly regarded.
