About our Imaging Services at Monash Health
Monash Health is Victoria's largest public health service. We provide safe, high-quality care to one-quarter of Melbourne's population, across the entire lifespan from pre-birth end-of-life.
Monash Health Imaging performs over 400,000 Imaging examinations each year and has more than 500 employees. We perform Imaging at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, Kingston Centre, Moorabbin Hospital, Pakenham Health Hub and two dental sites. Included at these sites are a full range of modalities including, X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, PET,/CT Fluoroscopy, Mammography, MRI, Bone Densitometry and Interventional Radiology.
About The Role
The Imaging Program Administration Team provides direct support to the members of the Imaging Program Leadership Team consisting of the Program Director, General Manager, Deputy Program Director (Quality and Safety & Deputy Director (Research & Education) as well as broader accountabilities supporting program-wide governance, medical team administration, research, education, and planning.
Reporting to the Imaging Program Administration Manager, the Imaging Program Administration Assistant is responsible for documenting and reporting on the data and audit tasks performed, and presenting these findings to the Imaging Program Leadership Team.
This is a full-time fixed term role, working primarily at Monash Medical Centre; Clayton.
