**Duties will include**:
**Overarching duties**:

- Preparing/Issuing financial Statements
- Providing support and handling client queries
- Working in conjunction with the property management team

**Day to Day duties**:
**Accounts payable**
- Entering bills
- Creditor payments
- Outgoings reconciliations
- End of month payments
- Landlord invoices
- Invoice queries

**Accounts receivable**
- Receipting
- Daily trust reconciliation
- Tenant invoices
- Invoice queries
- Statement queries
- Bookkeeping/Accounts experience
- Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to Work Autonomously & as part of a Team
- Proactive with a get up and go attitude
- Good Time Management Skills
- The Ability to Prioritise and Multi-task
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office is essential) with the ability to pick up new systems easily
- A Friendly & Bright personality
