Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year + superannuation


About the Role

Are you a dedicated and proactive Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Vision Homes Property Management is seeking a passionate individual to join our growing team. Our Director is a Property Management Director. As a key member of our team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and provide exceptional service to our landlords and tenants within a very supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Oversee end-to-end property management tasks, ensuring smooth operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
  • Resolve tenant issues promptly and ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Keep accurate records and meet all legal and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A thorough understanding of residential tenancy legislation and best practices in property management
  • Proficiency with property management software
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • QLD Certificate of Registration and QLD drivers' licence
  • Use of a reliable vehicle
