**The Company**

Our client is one of the leading agencies in the mid Southern suburbs area and are looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly, supportive property management team. This a chance to join an organisation where the Principal puts their employees first; firmly believing in a work life balance.

**The Role**

A Mid to Senior level Property Manager position,
***you will take over the ownership of only 98 properties with administration assistance and no trust accounting responsibilities. This portfolio will eventually grow to 125 properties where it will be capped ensuring you are not overworked and you can have work / life balance.
- Only 98 Properties
- End to end with heaps of support when you need

**Minimum Requirement.**
- At least 12 months experience as a Property Manager
- Sound knowledge of the current Residential Tenancies Act.
- Exceptional client service and relationship/people skills.
- High level of initiative and problem solving abilities.
- Great communicator and negotiator.
- A current driver's and Real Estate license
