**_ Your Role: _**

The E-Commerce operations coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Christian Dior Couture E-Commerce. You will be a fantastic communicator with strong stakeholder management skills to provide support across several teams including E-commerce, logistics, boutique operations and third-party suppliers. We are looking for a pragmatic, data driven individual with immaculate attention to detail.

**_ Your Purpose: _**
- Working closely with the E-Commerce operations team, logistics and boutique operations team to ensure a seamless and effective operation
- Managing the third-party relationships and cultivating effective and timely communication between all departments
- Ownership of omnichannel fulfillment function and resolving any stock issues through building strong partnerships with boutique operations team
- Timely management of all after-care cases, ensuring excellent customer service and pragmatic problem solving
- General support to the wider E-Commerce team and ad hoc projects
