We are looking for an E-Commerce Associate to help us manage our operations and drive the business' continued growth and success:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Preparing quotes, responding to customer enquiries, and liaising with workshop staff.
- Fulfilling online orders — coordinating shipments, monitoring work in progress in the workshop, packing items for shipment.
- Managing our website, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
- Managing projects, from ideation to execution.

**What we're expecting**:

- Availability for work between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in design, fashion and SoleHeeled's vision.
- An ability to learn quickly and readiness to do whatever is needed, rather than deep experience in any particular field.

**Bonus skills (nice to have, but not necessary)**:

- Sales or customer service.
- Brand and social media management.
- Blogging / content writing.
- Graphic design.
- Photography or video production.
- Search-engine optimisation.
- Paid advertising.
- Product buying and inventory management.
- E-commerce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
