**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the E-commerce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring online sales, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. Reporting to the Senior E-commerce Manager, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide valuable insights and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing agencies and e-commerce partners to implement digital marketing strategies, optimize our online platforms, and drive customer acquisition

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in building and executing the e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities on the website to maximise visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Regularly review and optimise website content for clear, consistent, and compelling communication of customer value.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse e-commerce data to measure campaign success, identify opportunities, and analyse purchasing behaviour and customer journeys.

- 1-3 years experience in a similar e-commerce role
- Shopify experience is highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to follow instructions

- Effective multitasking and strong attention to detail
