In line with this strategy, we are forming the Regional Omni Sales Team, a new unit with full omni customer experience ownership for the region and on a country sales market level. The goal is to create clear ownership, fuel our salesmanship and enable speed of customer centric decisions and actions.**
**Job Description**:
As the E-commerce Commercial Manager, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and maximized profitable selling by ensuring customer experience and day-to-day operations for e-commerce in Australia. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, both short
- and long-term, by taking ownership of the sales, profit and operational performance as well as driving the growth strategy for the online business.
You form and lead a team with highly skilled roles of E-commerce Business Analyst and Site Specialists.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Maximise profitable net sales and drive customer base development in the digital channel:_
- Drive net sales through strategic planning and execution of the commercial agenda with focus on maximizing the potential for each customer segment
- Secure day-to-day operations and customer experience through customer behaviour analysis, close collaboration with logistics and customer service
- Set and execute a reduction strategy in line with merchandising targets and with the aim to maximize profitability of the online channel
- Take ownership of the mid
- and long-term strategic direction to grow the digital channel in partnership with the Regional Digital Development manager and in line with the market’s business plan
- Know your customers - manage, set and execute the local commercial plan to give the customers what they want and sell our products and assortment in best possible way:_
- Know and understand customer behavior and expectations to drive customer base growth in your sales markets through data driven web analysis and in close collaboration with the Customer Insights & Engagement team
- Take a cohesive commercial product/category/assortment range perspective in daily operations to optimize sales and stock performance. Ensure assortment performance is well balanced with customer demand
- Secure product exposure on external communication and on site to optimize stock performance and customer experience.
- Responsible for fostering an agile and learning culture within e-commerce by driving a customer centric AB test strategy
- Responsible for competitor and market monitoring regarding assortment, customer experience and digital development
- Assortment and stock management from an executional perspective:_
- Assortment management for your sales markets to achieve stock freshness with appropriate reductions cost and commercial planning.
- Secure total commercial product/category/assortment range perspective in daily operations to optimize sales and stock performance. Balancing assortment performance and product lifecycle with customer demand.
- Set execution strategy of sale, based on guidelines and strategies set by regional merchandising
- Leadership - Lead, motivate and develop your team:_
- Create conditions to enable performance of teams and individuals
- Identify and develop talents to build (future) organization and diverse team
- Ability to create a strategic direction for e-commerce in Australia and demonstrated proficiency in creating buy-in and ownership within the team
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management abilities by proactively collaborating with functions within the Omni Sales Team, logistics and the Regional Team
**Qualifications**:
Besides your personality we see that you have:
- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
- E-commerce knowledge
- Strong and proven leadership experience with a focus to build highly performing teams in a dynamic environment
- Sales driven and have a strong commercial awareness, salesmanship for day-to-day optimization of site and product performance
- Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
- Strong results in “HOW” - a true ambassador of H&Ms values
- Analytical to follow up and estimate performance. Strong interest in data. Previous experience within web analytics is a merit as well as Google Analytics skills.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
