**SALARY RANGE**:$70k-81k AUD base salary** **+ Bonus Scheme + Excellent benefits

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The e-Commerce Analyst is responsible for administering BATA’s B2B and e-Commerce platform to ensure best in class customer experience. They will liaise with DBS to monitor and maintain the B2B web platform by identifying and resolving technical issues that impact our customers. They will contribute to the website design and ensure a flawless user experience by implementing and maintaining a superior UX/UI. They will also assist in creating basic reports, summarizing e-commerce sales/orders for the replenishment agents and our internal business. Utilising these reports and other web analytics tools, they will provide insights and recommendation to increase website usage of the target customers and deliver increased commercial value to BAT.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Digital Business Solutions team, SAP team, Demand Planning team and Customer Experience team to provide a best-in-class Customer Experience
- Monitor web usage and provide data driven insights about how to increase usage to BAT’s target customers
- Identify and recommend new technology capabilities within the industry that will help to improve and enhance business processes, increase commercial value and drive improved customer experience
- Provide recommendations regarding website design to the Digital & e-Commerce team based on Google Analytics and other web analytic tools
- Work on projects with the wider Digital, Customer Experience and Commercial teams to improve go to market business solutions and liaise with DBS around possible solution paths
- Identifying and report on developments/trends within the industry and challenge the status quo.
- Maintaining & updating website design on the community & e-commerce platform
- Updating and maintaining all product listings and exclusions in SAP
- Maintain retail and promotional capping for our Specialist retailers on myBAT
- Assisting retailers with e-commerce questions and technical issues
- Activation of accounts and log-ins for new customers
- Support the Digital & e-Commerce team in collecting analytics and insights and providing recommendations regarding best practice website design and UX/UI.
- Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to display daily metrics - eg. sales, orders, etc.
- Support with the testing, execution and management of Community & eCommerce trials and initiatives
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all day to day issues from our digital sales platforms, and the conduit between sellers and the rest of the Digital & e-Commerce team
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Completion of bachelors degree or higher: Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience within a digital and/or eCommerce role
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Professional, approachable style and dynamic interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and leverage working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently as well as within groups
- Actively participates in a high-performance team and contributes to the achievement of team targets
- Share knowledge/experience with peers
- Experience with Salesforce Communities mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce is desirable
- Practical use of SAP considered a great asset
