Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing Office facilities and the delivery team for our key clients.

Shift timing: 7am - 12pm (Mon - Fri)

**The Role**
- Delivering a high-quality service and standard across all sites/facilities consistently
- Developing leadership & employee capability to have a sustainable business, servicing our clients and customers
- Building and leveraging effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives
- Planning, coordinating and overseeing the level of service delivered at all sites, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Lead, support and develop a team of dedicated and competent cleaning staff
- Ensure all staff and contractors are properly trained and appropriately qualified for their role and conduct Toolbox Talks as necessary
- Incident reporting is undertaken quickly
- Undertake Weekly Inspections, report issues and support troubleshooting for prompt resolution
- Facilitate and manage Time and Attendance

**The Person**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hands-on supervisor role with exceptional attention to detail
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
- Well
- presentation and possesses strong professional acumen
- Skilled in people management and leading teams
- Certificate III In Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) or relevant qualification is desirable

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
