**About the role**

Are you looking for a role in a supportive, values-based organisation, where you can see the direct impact, your work makes on the community?

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

This role is critical to delivering end to end recruitment support to hiring managers and coordinating creative new initiatives to assist us in attracting and selecting the absolute best people for the job.

This is a Permanent Full-time position, based in our Head Office at Pennant Hills.

**Duties**
- Provide interview, assessment, and selection advice to Managers, to guide them in making the best hiring choices for our organisation and culture.
- Get involved in Talent and HR projects, as required to help you develop your skillset.

**Requirements**:

- ** ** A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Talent Acquisition position or HR Generalist role
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever changing hiring environment.
- Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Engaging communication style.
