What we're looking for
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (ideally within the Community/Clinical sectors).
- The ability to be creative with proactive sourcing methods
- Skilled in recruitment reporting and ATS systems (SmartRecruiters)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Drive recruitment process improvements
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing internal recruitment team during a period of business change and growth. In this role, you will manage vacancies nationally and deliver a great experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You will focus on sourcing top talent across clinical and corporate roles, using a fully automated recruitment system to support your workflow. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio, use recruitment data to track performance, drive outcomes, and continuously improve how we recruit.
We are looking for someone who's proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong admin skills and attention to compliance are essential to manage candidates effectively.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and offer management.
- Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions.
- Provide accurate recruitment reporting and confidently communicate insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and model best practices.
- Champion continuous improvement in recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
