The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire a sound knowledge of, relevant legislation, policies, practices and administrative procedures to support the provision of contemporary best practice human resource management services.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of effective and efficient administrative support services, including the use of databases and Microsoft Office products.
- High level attention to detail with the proven ability to plan and prioritise tasks to achieve required outcomes, meet deadlines and operate with discretion to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members of the public.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team with a strong commitment to quality client service.
