**About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide advice and support to clients at the operational level within a centre of excellence in understanding of applied HR policy and entitlements, HR processes and administration with a continuous improvement agenda in identifying and implementing efficiencies in providing access to advice for team members and line managers across the Metro North workforce.

About you

Provide follow up advice and support to clients where required.
Work in collaboration with the HR Advisors in the HR Services Hub and escalate complex matters to the HR Services Hub team leader where appropriate.
Actively promote the services of the HR Services Hub to clients.
