Hunter New England Health is looking for a strategic and skilled Property Portfolio Manager to take charge of a diverse and expansive portfolio spanning corporate, clinical, and community-based facilities across the district. **About the Role**:
As Manager, Property and PPP Contract administration, your week will be dynamic and varied. You'll be responsible for:

- Managing and optimising a diverse portfolio of properties used for clinical and corporate services.
- Overseeing property planning to ensure staff have high-quality, safe, and fit-for-purpose workplaces.
- Leading strategic property initiatives, including capital works projects and policy-driven facility management.
- Contract management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective partnerships with internal and external groups.
- Contributing to the long-term vision of our property strategy and development.
- Principle contact for the HNE PPP contract for the Calvary Mater Newcastle facility and support services. This will include managing contract compliance in a way that maintains stakeholder relationships and ensures risks are managed and mitigated.
