We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our service focussed, independent agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills, and a knowledgeable understanding of current property management legislation and processes.

Responsibilities:

· End to end property management processes.

· Routine inspection processes and reporting.

· Entry & Exit inspection processes.

· Maintenance - ensuring prompt and viable solutions.

· Open homes.

· Effective communication and interaction within the management team to ensure that satisfactory service levels are upheld at all times for our landlords, tenants and trades.

· Rental appraisals & lease renewal negotiation with tenants.

Requirements & Benefits:

· Current Queensland real estate registration.

· Drivers licence.

· Proven experience in property management.

· Minimum of 1+ years of property management experience required.

· Strong understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

· Knowledge of the Console Cloud management program.

· Console Cloud experience preferred but not essential.

· Hours negotiable.

· Company car and phone included.

· Flexibility to ensure suitable work/life balance.
