An exciting opportunity exists to join Hobart's most progressive and professional Real Estate Company. You will work with our team of property management specialists alongside a passionate management team, who all have the same vision – growth whilst maintaining an amazing team culture.

Petrusma Property is passionate about taking the stress and worry out of the business of buying, selling and renting property. Customer satisfaction drives us to make sure every interaction with our clients is a positive one.

This full-time position requires an individual who has a friendly nature, is well presented, adaptable and able to handle challenges, change and learning.

You will also require a positive 'can-do' approach to your work, an eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Some of the key duties of the role include:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Holding open homes
  • Processing Residential Tenancy applications
  • Completing Routine Inspections
  • Managing maintenance and repairs
  • General administrative duties to assist the Portfolio Manager

Minimum of 2 years office experience and a current drivers licence are essential.

Real Estate licence not essential, but desirable. We can provide you with the training required to obtain this licence.
