Position summary

Flexible working arrangement

**About you**:
Exposure in processing large amounts of information as well as accurate data entry.

Administering & maintaining project overhead charges

Preparation of project documentation including; Tender Register upkeep, Reviews of Subcontractor & Supplier quotations, Reviews of Initial pricing requests, Tender Submission documentation &Work pack creation.

**Subcontractor Management**: establishment of subcontractor inductions, assessment of insurances and general set up.

Contract Administration duties involving maintaining job costing spreadsheets, preparing non
- conformance, extension of time and variation documentation for clients

Assisting as required with OHS requirements including the updating of SWMS & Risk Assessments.
