Our client is a Japanese pharmaceutical company with innovative new and generic medicines and scientific expertise long history. They are currently seeking for a Human Resource Manager to join in their team to expanding business in Australia.

**About the role**
- Establish and maintain HR system, HR related SOP and HR Handbook
- Plan and implement employee training programs.
- Manage the recruitment process of the company.
- Manage HR budget.
- Handle end-to-end payroll functions including monthly payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, final payments, sales incentive, bonus, etc.
- Handle employment life cycle including but not limited to pre-onboarding, on/off boarding, staff benefits, staff relations, etc.
- Support and manage the recruitment process
- Develop and periodically review remuneration package, Company policy, handbook or other HR related documents and benefit
- Maintain accurate employee database and records
- Provide HR monthly reports
- Management of employees' attendance and annual leave
- Assist in routine operation and ad hoc project as assigned
- Assist in daily administrative operation of the company / Managing Director
- Assist / take lead in organizing company events and other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Handle expat related administrative matters
- Report to the Managing Director

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
- 5 years' experience or above in HR field,
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or start-up experience is highly prefered
- Well versed in local Employment Ordinance, Pension Fund regulations and other related legislations & HR practice
- Japanese speaking skill or work experience will be an advantage
- Proactive and able to work independently
