Inclusion Lead

Downer’s Transport & Infrastructure business manages and maintains road networks across Australia and New Zealand and manufactures and supplies products and services to create safe, efficient, and reliable journeys.

We have an opportunity for an **Inclusion Lead** to manage inclusion and diversity initiatives on a national scale. In this role you will be responsible for management and delivery of Downer’s Talent Pipeline via the Graduate and Cadet programmes as well as identifying other opportunities for new emerging areas, along with developing and implementing programs as required.

**About you**:
Ideally, you will hold an Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (HR, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar).
- Specific interest and/or end-to-end experience in event management, programme/projects management
- Practical organisational and operational delivery experience in a fast-paced, high-volume team delivering in a complex multi-discipline environment
- Demonstrated ability to think both logically and creatively, a business-focused approach, high degree of organisation and a commitment to continuous learning
- Demonstrated ability to drive excellence in employee experience
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of the education sector preferred
