About the role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a team that is driven to succeed and would benefit from a commercially astute leader that is skilled in delivering commercial outcomes and sales targets through employee empowerment and engagement. Leading a branch of 25 team members (approx.) through the next phase of growth is instrumental to the success of this role. This role is based in Perth, Western Australia and regular interstate and some international travel.

About you
- Affect positive change across the various stakeholders; customers, employees and senior management.
- Work closely with Team Leads to empower and grow their leadership skills.
- Facilitate collaboration amongst the multi-disciplinary teams.
- Build capability and opportunities for growth.
