About the role
We are seeking a talented Digital Print Operator to join our team at WA Sign & Print Management in Osborne Park, WA. This full-time role is responsible for operating and maintaining our digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Able to operate medium and large size HP printers and Vinyl cutter.
- Perform pre-press tasks such as file preparation, colour management and finishing to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of digital printing equipment to keep it running efficiently.
- Monitor print runs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimise print workflows and achieve client expectations
- Maintain accurate records of print jobs, material usage and equipment performance
What we're looking for
- Fully experienced operator is preferred
- Strong technical skills and understanding of digital printing technologies, including file preparation, colour management and finishing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure consistently high-quality print output.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design and production teams.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Formal qualifications in graphic design, printing or a relevant technical field would be highly regarded
