We are a cross-border logistics company specializing in reliable and efficient freight forwarding solutions between China and Australia. With self-operated warehouses and dedicated teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and Foshan (China), we support thousands of Chinese-Australian families and small businesses in achieving smooth and affordable import operations.

**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales or Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base in Australia. This role is casual to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time or permanent position depending on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct cold visits to local businesses and cold calls to potential clients
- Develop and execute a structured, trackable outreach plan (including visit and call logs)
- Identify and approach small businesses or individuals who frequently import small-batch goods from China, including those who shop from platforms such as AliExpress, Taobao, and 1688
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and regularly report progress
- Represent the company professionally and uphold a high standard of client communication

**Key Requirements**
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Based in Melbourne, preferably in the south-eastern suburbs
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or the import/export industry is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills; confident in face-to-face and phone-based client engagement
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
