**Export Sales Representative**

ALP OZ Auto Moulds, based in Hallam and Bendigo has over 60 years hands on professional experience in the Automotive industry.

Offering a comprehensive range of moulds, rubbers, specialised hand tools, power tools and accessory products, our warehouse carries over 2000 line items dedicated to Auto Glass, Industrial and Bodyshop specialists.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company goals in international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research in target countries.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers abroad.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for export markets.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

**Requirements & Key Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years)
- In-depth knowledge of international sales strategies and export documentation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
