**In this role, you will**:
- **Deliver expert HR advice and support** across all stages of the employee lifecycle - including people management, staff engagement, HR policy guidance, industrial relations support, leadership and team capability development.
- **Partner with leaders** to build strong, collaborative relationships and provide tailored coaching and advice on a range of HR matters.
- **Oversee compliance** with relevant HR policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations to uphold best practices across the organisation
- **Lead and contribute to key projects** that drive continuous improvement and support a high-performing, values-driven culture at eHealth NSW.
- **Collaborate with People & Culture teams** to provide comprehensive HR support and advice.
**About You**
You’ll bring a combination of professional expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to everything you do. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in a similar HR business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and legislative framework
- Proven ability to provide high quality, strategic HR advice and support across a range of complex workforce matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence, coach and partner with leaders at all levels.
