Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and looking to grow your career in Human Resources?
We're searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As part of our mission to create proud communities where everyone lives their best lives, we need your expertise to provide professional HR support to the HR team and business stakeholders across all business units.

What do you need to succeed in the role:
- At least three years’ experience in a HR Advisor or similar level of HR role.- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business. Happy to roll up the shirt sleeves.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly, approachable nature, and the ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders.- Prior exposure to working with Workday HRIS would be highly desirable, though not essential.- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise, multi-task and triage a to-do list.-
- A current driver’s licence and your own motor vehicle.
