**The role**

If you are a competent HR administration multitasker who is able to think fast, be flexible and adaptable towards changing priorities and always goes the extra mile we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be the first point of contact for HR queries whilst supporting the administration of activities across the employee lifecycle. This includes processing of job advertisements, coordinating interviews, creation of contract of employment, onboarding new employees, employee record management, employment variations and the preparation of internal announcements.

**About you**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Post-secondary study in Human Resources or Business Administration would be advantageous
- User experience with HR Platforms - Aurion, Big Red Sky, Onboard Express, Synergetic is preferred
- Highly developed computer skill and literacy, with advanced skills in MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and create a warm first impression
- Ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage a high volume of work
- Willing to be involved in the life of the School and its programs
- Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to following the School’s child safety expectations, principles and policies
- Have a current Employee Working with Children check or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- Have a current National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
