We are currently recruiting for an experienced
People and Culture Business Partner
to join our team to deliver complete human resources solutions to a range of stakeholders across NSW and the ACT.
This highly rewarding position is part of a team that provides consulting advice across all elements of the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, organisational effectiveness and change, performance management, engagement, welfare and wellbeing. Our stakeholders are across our full range of business units being Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, Corporate and Veterans services offering you an insight into a varied and diverse range of internal clients.
We're really interested to hear from P&C Professionals who can bring a demonstrated interest and experience in Employee and Industrial Relations.
Who are you?
- Demonstrated success as a Business Partner working collaboratively with people leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders across the business and P&C
- Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry with a geographically dispersed footprint
- Experience in supporting a range of organisational and people change initiatives
- Deep knowledge across Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements to support interpretation and performance management
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships, coaching our people leaders and team members
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Australian Work Rights and completion of a National Crime Check is mandatory
