We are looking for a Digital Adoption Manager / Digital transformation Manager to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and technologies within an organization, at a large scale. The main objective is to uplift the capability and maximize the value derived from digital investments by facilitating user adoption, driving change management initiatives and support other areas of the business to implement the technical change. This is a senior role and technical change management expertise along with uplifting capability at an operational level is mandatory.

This is a max term long contract and will be renewed due to ongoing nature of the project. (Consider it as a perm role)

Key skills and experience required for this role:

- Experience developing and implementing digital adoption strategies to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into workflows.
- Experience leading training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on how to use digital tools effectively.
- Strong soft skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, gather feedback, and address usability issues as well as influence business relationships.
- Experience monitoring user engagement and adoption metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with IT teams to ensure the availability and reliability of digital systems.
- Leading change management initiatives to overcome resistance to digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation.
- Demonstrated experience with business improvement methodologies.
- Ideally have a mix of government and private sector experience.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present digital change management to a large audience.

You need to be in Adelaide or be willing to relocate there, full time with full Australian rights to be considered for the role.
