Digital Program Director

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Program Director to lead the delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role will drive scalable and innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with our organisational strategy and objectives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and integration of multidisciplinary digital systems projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Direct and support project teams, providing leadership, coaching, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, selecting, and implementing technologies that enhance operations, compliance, and client outcomes.
  • Ensure change management strategies foster system adoption and deliver measurable benefits.
  • Monitor program KPIs, provide regular executive updates, and recommend mitigation strategies for risks and issues.
  • Maintain compliance with legislative, data privacy, and security requirements, working closely with regulatory and compliance teams.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in computer science, IT, Business, Health Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading complex transformation programs, preferably in the Australian aged care sector.
  • Strong track record of managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Australian aged care regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and organisational change leadership skills, including system adoption and process transformation.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
