- We’re looking for an Australia Adoption Manager to drive the adoption of digital processes, systems, solutions and system products across Australia. This includes promoting digital best practices, tools, and methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation. The role will identify opportunities for Mott MacDonald to provide our digital tools and solutions to both internal and external clients to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, add value and improve user experience. This role is to be based in the **_Melbourne or Adelaide _**office.- The role will be measured by collaborating with digital team members throughout Australia and globally to help them adopt best practice digital solutions and system products that enable our digital service offering in an efficient and effective way. Supporting the implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy, prioritising reporting on strategic direction, driving our adoption objectives and established key performance indicators. Engaging with key business stakeholders including sector and bid leads, practices and digital delivery personnel to drive awareness of APNA Digital Services and Mott MacDonald’s digital service offerings for project delivery**About You**

- Proven experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business development environment.-
