As a seasoned digital transformation professional, you will lead the charge in modernizing our organization.

With a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing innovative digital solutions, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to centralise and optimise core business functions.

Developing an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives is crucial for success. Your expertise will be invaluable in this regard.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of current-state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing future-state processes that enhance efficiency.

  2. Engage key stakeholders and SME's to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies that meet business needs.

  3. Oversee the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

  4. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and change management to drive sustained use of new processes and technologies.

  5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.

  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.

Desirable:

  • Experience in defence-related projects.

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, ITIL, or systems integration principles.

  • Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management are highly valued.
