Digital Transformation Leader

As a key figure in our organisation's digital evolution, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our transformation roadmap. Your mission will be to drive scalable and innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiencies while ensuring regulatory compliance and improved client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, aligning them with organisational strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of multidisciplinary digital systems projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Direct and support project teams, providing leadership, coaching, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, selecting, and implementing technologies that enhance operations, compliance, and client outcomes.
  • Ensure change management strategies foster system adoption and deliver measurable benefits.
  • Maintain compliance with legislative, data privacy, and security requirements, working closely with regulatory and compliance teams.
