Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to play a critical role in leading and supporting enterprise transformation efforts across our operations.

This role is responsible for driving process improvement, implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with our growth trajectory.

  1. Lead the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
  2. Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
  3. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  4. Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
  5. Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
  6. Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
  7. Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
  8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset.
