**About the role**:
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll support the Business Development team in securing new opportunities across a variety of sectors. From managing tender submissions and creating client presentations, to coordinating meetings and streamlining communications — you’ll be central to keeping our business development process running smoothly and professionally.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions and proposals that align with City’s brand and client strategy
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop supporting materials and content
- Support the BD team with client meetings, schedules, and communications
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in Salesforce and assist with reporting
- Help plan and coordinate events and meetings with potential partners

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5 plus years’ experience in business, sales, or marketing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with experience using Salesforce advantageous
- Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, or experience in the facilities or retail industry would be well-regarded
