**Your Impact**
Based on-site at our Yatala Brewery and reporting to the Senior HR Manager, Supply Chain this is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR skills and career with Asahi Beverages in addition to gaining employee and industrial relations experience.
In addition to supporting a talented team of Human Resources Business Partners across our Northern Operations, you'll work closely with frontline leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Payroll in order to optimise the People experience across our alcohol and non-alcohol manufacturing sites.
Note - This opportunity can accommodate those looking for a part-time (4 days per week) arrangement.
Start date - we are flexible and ready when you are
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key accountabilities will be:
- Support the resolution of employee relations, performance management and/or disciplinary issues
- Support the end-to-end People Cycle activities such as goal setting, achievement reviews, capability assessments and strategic learning plans
- Provide administration support to the team, including drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, reporting, preparing interview guides, onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
- Build strong relationships with team members, team leaders, work area managers and other relevant internal stakeholders to optimise the People experience on site
- Support the resolution of day-to-day escalations with the respective function or HR centre of excellence, including day to day management of the Northern Operations HR Inbox
- Assist in the identification of training and development needs and deployment of soft skill courses as planned
- Participate and contribute to broader Supply Chain People initiatives and projects
**About you**
- Degree qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field
- Previous HR experience in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years’ experience) preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics/Supply Chain operations and/or blue-collar environment
- People and process driven and attentive to detail
- Previous experience with HRIS systems
- Willingness to support employee and industrial relations issues as required, within a unionised environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with, and influence key stakeholders
- Adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving agility and a drive to succeed and continuously improve
- Strong organisation skills and willingness to drive administrative HR processes
